Roz is a planner app for daily routines, tasks, focus sessions, exams, study notes and personal income and expense tracking. This page explains what happens to your information.
Everything you enter in Roz (routines, tasks, notes, exam dates, income and expense entries and focus session counts) is saved only on your own device, in your browser's or app's local storage. By default we do not receive or store this information on any server. If you choose to create an account and log in, your email address and the same data are also stored in our cloud database (provided by Supabase) so that you can use them on your other devices. Other users cannot read your data. You can delete your device data and your account at any time from Settings (Delete my account removes your login, your cloud data and your profile record), or ask us by email. Please use a password that you do not use anywhere else.
We do not sell, share or send your data to anyone. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app deletes the information stored on your device.
Roz loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your device makes a request to Google's servers when the app opens. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. Roz does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Roz does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If you log in, we also keep a small profile record: your email address, the date you signed up, the date you were last active, and your chosen language. The app owner can see this list to understand how many people use Roz. The owner's page does not show your routines, tasks, notes or entries. Technically, whoever administers the database could access stored data, so please do not save information you consider highly sensitive. People who use Roz without an account are not tracked or counted.
If you send feedback from the app, the app owner receives and can read the message, the rating, any contact detail you choose to type, and your account email if you are logged in. We use it only to improve Roz and to reply to you.
If Roz adds new features that collect data (for example paid plans), this policy will be updated before those features are released.
